EKAgita (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use ekagita.in and why.

What we collect

To take and fulfil an order, we collect:

• Name, phone number, and email address
• Delivery address and pincode
• Order details and payment status (we never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details — payments are handled directly by Razorpay)

If you create an account, we also store your login method (email, phone, or Google) and your order history. Guest checkout does not require an account.

How we use it

• To process and ship your order
• To send order updates by email and WhatsApp
• To respond if you contact us
• To meet our legal and tax obligations

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

Only the services required to fulfil your order:

• Razorpay — payment processing
• Shiprocket — shipping, tracking, and delivery
• Meta (WhatsApp Business) — order and delivery updates
• Resend — transactional email
• Supabase — secure storage of order and account data

Each is bound by its own privacy and security obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by writing to us. We retain order records as long as required by Indian tax and consumer protection law.

Cookies

We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in and your cart intact. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
