The product
EKAgita is a handcrafted box containing 80–90 Bhagavad Gita verse cards, organized into 8 color groups by emotion. Product images are representative — minor variation in finish and print is normal for a small-batch, handcrafted item.
Pricing
The current selling price and MRP are shown at checkout and on the product page. Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices for future orders; the price you pay is the price confirmed at checkout.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once payment is verified (or, for Cash on Delivery, once the order is placed). We may cancel and refund an order we cannot fulfil — for example, if a pincode turns out to be unserviceable or stock runs out after your order is placed.

Intellectual property
The EKAgita name, box design, card layout, and site content are owned by EKAgita. The Bhagavad Gita verses themselves are ancient and in the public domain; our translations, selection, and emotional organization are our own work.
Limitation of liability
EKAgita cards offer guidance and reflection, not professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the location of our registered office.
