Where we ship
We ship pan-India. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm delivery to your address and see the estimated shipping cost and timeline before you pay.
Delivery time
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and arrive within 2–5 business days of dispatch, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp as soon as your order ships.
Shipping charges
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode and shown before you pay — never as a surprise at the last step.
Tracking
Track your order any time at ekagita.in/orders using your order ID, or the link in your confirmation email.
Undelivered or refused parcels
Our courier partner attempts delivery multiple times. If a parcel is genuinely undeliverable or refused, it is returned to us and we will contact you to arrange a reship or refund, less any return shipping cost where applicable.
